Amanda graduated from the University of Waikato in 2003 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Social Science double majoring in Psychology and Anthropology.
Amanda commenced employment at Nielsen Law in May 2004. She initially commenced practice in the area of property law. However this role has expanded over time and now includes other property related areas, such as:
- S21 Contracting Out Agreements
- Relationship Property Agreements
- General Litigation
- Estate and Family Disputes
- Relationship Property Disputes i.e.
- Defacto Relationship
- Marriage Property Disputes
Amanda has also been involved in drafting constitutions for sports clubs and the subsequent incorporation of those clubs.
Amanda has two children and in addition to spending time with her family, Amanda’s interests include hockey.
