David Nielsen PRINCIPAL

David graduated from Victoria University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Laws and then went on to gain his Masters at Glasgow University in Scotland, graduating in 1984. David is something of an ideas man. When our clients bring David problems, he delivers solutions.

He is an excellent negotiator. In striving to reach a resolution in a dispute, David has a real knack for bringing together parties that sit at opposite ends of the spectrum.

In 30 years of practice in both national and Hamilton firms, David has built strong networks with local barristers, bankers, accountants and business associates with whom he has developed a trusting relationship. The insight they can provide has often proved to be invaluable to our clients.
